Champion 63 model?

Engine is running but when I engage the blades the engine stops.what is wrong?

Most likely a bad seat switch. It's purpose is to shut the machine down if you get off it with the blades engaged (and/or the transmission in gear). If the switch is bad, it will cause these symptoms.
