I was told by an Engineer that the motor was quiet, because it operated like a Three Phase motor ( electronically ).
Could it be Brushless.

Our previous Philips ( Whirrlpool ) had a brushless motor, thats why Philips gave the motor a 10 yr parts guarantee with the washing machine.

They deliver electrical power to the machine's motor.

You access the motor from the rear of the machine.
