xara picasso 2.0 diesel?

the oil cap came off and the oil dipstick keeps pushing out.whats causing this

if your engine cover is loose it can pull dipstick up. might have caught oil cap too.check cover is on properly. if not, then the engine is breathing, too much crankcase pressure.
