tiger loop problem?

I had a tiger loop fitted 2 months ago as i lowered my oil tank on to the ground lower than boiler. It was all working fine but the heating hasn't been used for 2 weeks now it won't fire up no matter how many times i reset it. the tiger loop was empty when i checked it then it filled up after 2nd or 3rd time of reset. any ideas

if the check valve in the fuel pump is bad then there is nothing to stop the oil draining back to the tank, along with an air leak on a fitting can do that. By adding an inline timed delayed fuel valve and recheck your fittings, you can solve the problem without a new pump. you must lock out the cad cell for continuos priming without safety lock out. you may also consider a faulty tigerloop. it has happened.
