The lock on light is blinking, and it won't allow me to press start. I push and hold the button it says to hold for four seconds, but it doen't unlock.

I had the exact same problem! The lock on wouldn't stop blinking. I tried evrything and then I decided to leave the door open so I didn't have to look at that annoying red light. About 6 hours later I was showing someone. I closed the door. the red light appeared, and then I hit the "no heat" and this time it went off!! Apparently, leaving the door ajar for a period of time resets the controlls> Good Luck. I certainly did not receive ANY help from Sears. THey wanted to charge me $69 just to look at it! Grrrrr.
