how do i unlock my optima xm?

my optima xm alarm has power & all lights are on, but i cannot imput my code, the keypads dont bleep & tamper light is on, I have tried the factory setting code, but nothing.

Thanks Kev Bubble, your advice with the removal and reinsertion of the fuses, did the trick.

open case disconnect battery,disconnect mains,turn power on close case whilst alarm going off when cover secure enter your code
