craftsman won't pull ?

I have a craftsman 48" cut and while mowing it just quit pulling itself, the belt seems to be fine, the area is very dusty??

if the tension of the belt seems ok, it would suggest the clutch is going or gone, may be worth going to a mower dealer and enquiring as it may be a tricky job,
