Murry 16.5hp B&S tractor does not strart?

My Murry 16.5hp B&S tractor does not strart. It has sat for about 2 years. At first it would start blow some white smoke and vapor then stal. Now it will not fire at all. I have replaced the feul filter, air filter and spark plug. What else can I do?
