Beko De3542FW won't heat water?

I have replaced the thermostat and the element but my dishwasher still won't heat the water. Could this be a pcb problem or is there more than one thermostat or should I just buy a new dishwasher.

disconnect power from heating element and check across the two terminals you should get around 25-30 ohms this indicates a good heating element. Now trace your thermostat to the pcb board and check for continuity i.e a made connect if no connection thermostat is goosed last but not least check the pcb board for any melted solder connections poss around the relays
