Baxi Combi 80Eco no DHW?

Hello,

I have recently bought a house with a relitively new central heating system. The boiler is a Baxi Combi 80Eco. The boiler provides CH however it will not provide DHW. I have checked the 3 way valve assembly and the diaphram is fine. The pin protrudes when hot taps are turned on and the pin activates the microswitch, however still no hot water.

The water is only hot when the CH is on which is becoming a nightmare.

Should i cut my losses and buy a new one or can i service/fix it myself?

Thanks Ian, I will give that a try. Any suggestions as to where to get one?

The dhw microswitch is probably faulty (the switch that the spindle makes). It comes as part of a wiring harness which connects into the pcb.
