Zanussi aquacycle 1000 Drainage problem?

I have a zanussi 1000 just over a year old and it wont empty the water. I have checked the normal filter and its ok. I have tried different cycles and this too does not help. Any ideas out there...? Help appreciated, thank you!

have you checked the pump. It may be blocked or may not be working at all.
