My Kenwood Steam Generator KBS-11B is not working?

My Kenwood steam generator KBS-11B is not working at all. Could it need a new filter? How can you tell? Wherre do I buy a new filter? Please help.

I am having the same trouble I have a number that I haven't tried yet 01733 404711.It's for Argos and you need your model no (on underside of iron)

Good luck. I purchased this model from Argos in March 2008. It stopped working in early Sept 2009 because it needs a new filter but I cannot obtain one anywhere.
