punctured inside?

ive punctuted the inside of my freezer while de icing, gas has escaped is this dangerous?

Too late to worry about it now, I'm afraid.....but you won't be able to repair the freezer! Refridgerant gas is supposed to be harmful to the environment but I really wouldn't worry about your little addition.
