my tumble dryer doesn't heat up?

My Hoover TC650 condenser tumble dryer spins but does not heat up.I am told they have two thermostats in them but how do i check them to see if they are working?

Remove the wires and check with a meter if you have a reading they are fine then check the elements for continuity
