remove top plastic cover,will pop off. remove bottom rubber cover, will now see about 6 screwheads and some plastic levers near the electrical plugs to dash display, these need to be pulled towards you,if i rember correctectly,now undo screws and the lcd display should come out .if you contact [clusterrepairs uk,] on net they will repair and guarantee your clocks for about 3 years,as long as the old mot copy is sent then they will also set the mileage to approx what it was before fault began.this will take about 4 days from sending it to them,it should cost arround £190.00 ,but confirm with them 1st,they did mine scenic 2 04 ,and i was very happy cheers rich
