Canon PIXMA MP130/110?

'The waste tank absorber is almost full', how do I clear this, as I am unable to print photocopied or scanned documents, but I am able to print Word docs?

Canons have an absorbant mat under the ink wells to remove spilt ink or ink wasted by cleaning, this needs replaced.

You need to open the printer to do this.
