drive belt hoover 1200 performa washer ?

hoover 1200 performa washer drive belt came off put it back on lasted for two washes and came off again why ,does it or can it be adjusted?

no cant be adjusted, check belt is in good condition. more like the main bearing faulty or loose pulley.
