on drivers side electric window the plastic sliders on the mechanism have come off the runners. what is the easiest way to put them back in place

strip off door panel part number 026e5 slider just ask for that cost 3.90 each,put the slider in the righthand channel first,than on the left put plastic slider in channel first,make sure the glass is fitted into both channels first,then alighn the window channel slider,press in with mole grips etc,just take your time,did one side today.
