Our 2002 Ford Galaxy TDI 1.9 115ps Tiptronic Auto will not shift out of first gear unless we leave it to warm up for 10 minutes then it will change up into all gears as if nothing was wrong, could this be a temperature sensor, or the Gearbox ECU or a gearbox oil pump problem?

check the oil level in the autobox as a low level will cause this type of problem
