2004 Puegeot 307 Automatic gearbox problem?

Hi There

Just as the motorplan expired the Auto transmission is acting up. When the car gets warm and you drive in automatic mode it won't change gears. You keep driving in 1st.

When it cools down its back to normal.
any ideas?
