Kohlangaz Kadenza gas fire-require service manual/instructions?

I have a Kohlangaz Kadenza gas fire but have no user instructions or installation and servicing instructions. I need these to enable the coals to be correctly positioned

The user instruction book reads:Place 7 coals along the front then put 6 coals between them, spread the remaining 12 coals over existing coals.
