The preset samsung pinis normally 6 or 8 zeros. Failing that it could be your network provider pin ie Orange is 1111, O2 is 5555 t-mobile is 1210. if none of these work, call your network

Try the default one if you didn't change it, otherwise the software can be updated to restore to the default settings
