It's not a memory card drawer, it's a sim card tray and if you want to keep your warranty, unfortunately you'll have to book it in with a trained phone engineer or take it to the apple shop. If you take it to an actual apple shop, you can normally make an appointment online so you know they're expecting you to fix it.
