my cooker light and fan come on, but no heat, does any one know whats wrong?

tricity bendix cooker model no. SE558FPS serial no: 62400119. The light comes on and the fan, but it blows cold air. There is no heat at all, it is the main oven.

Either the element has broken, a wire to the element has come off or the thermostat switch is not working.
