Dometic fridge RC1140-1?

My fridge in our campervan only gets cold on 2 sides instead of 5 - what is the problem?

hi, any one had a problem with the 240 side to a dometic 3 way fridge mine wont go cold when connected to 240 .it works fine on the gas , the green light comes on so there is power going to it any info would be greatfully exepted thanks
