The low pressure light comes on on my Jade 2 shower. Can I repair it?

The Jade 2 Shower lower pressure light comes on and we cannot get hot water. Only cold.
The pressure through the nearby tap seems ok. Could this be a fault or even a blocked filter?
It is more than two years old but hardly used.
