my vokera linea 24 has been flashing code 07, it works for a while after re setting but then same code flashes again

07 is the primary thermistor going open circuit, this will happen if it gets above 95 degrees or is faulty so if the pressure hasnt dropped then the thermistor is faulty

Check your system pressure, sounds like a low system pressure it should be around 1bar to 1.5bar, if it is at zero or very low the boiler will not run and go to fail safe.
to fill the system there should be a filling loop underneath the boiler like a braided pipe open the valve and watch the needle and stop filling at 1bar - 1.5 bar then reset the boiler and it should be ok.
if it is persistent then you may have a leak on the system, or the pressure relief valve on the boiler has become weak causing it to dump the system pressure.

Error 7 means that there is a faulty with the primary thermistor and it will need replaced.
