how can i fix my ford 90 T350diesel?

i have just put a starter motor on my 90 T350 transit and like an idiot put the earth on with the live connected the live back o the battery and sparks so have i blown a fuse? if so which one or is it something more sinister

i think there is a main fuse situated at side of battery possibly a 200amp mega fuse,it has probably blown.
