The front window washer has stopped working on my 2003 330 Touring

Try half a cup of Viakal in the tank and wait for 24 hours - it worked on my wife's car - I believe it was limescale from hard water - poking with a pin just moves any obstruction back into the pipe so it can block again next time you squirt.
