My Fisher Paykel smart drive 608 6.5kg won't start?

Sorry I thought about that after I posted it.
Basically the lights all turn on as normal, all sounds work as normal, but when I press start it just won't start to fill.Nothing happens? I've pulled the plug from the wall and then replugged in after an hour hoping to reset, but it just won't run.I thought perhaps there was a button that tells machine whether lid is up or down but I can't see one. I thought maybe that was stuck? Very confusing.

Need to know more details. What is model number? What exactly happens when you turn on & press start? Any beeps or lights changing? Does anything at all try to happen. Just saying your machine won't run is not enough for people to help you.
