Rear window wiper arm peugeot 206?

Trying to replace rear window arm, went to scrapyard, he broke it removing from a car(for someone else) says you have to replace wiper motor assy?,on the car is a nut(which seems very hard to remove) can see also jagged edged part under nut, cant see how you can fix it on, can anyone help,Cheers and thanks

doesn't work at all, seems like no power getting to it, i have checked the fuses and they are fine think it could be the motor itself any tips or ideas.

I have recently done this, I cut the collar off with a junior hacksaw, go easy to make sure you dont damage the splines underneath.

just put wiper arm over splines and put nut back on. but as john says they are tight to remove, and most of time special puller required to remove broken arm piece.

Hi John thanks for the advice, the wiper arm has broken of ,if I go and get a replacement how does it fit back on.
Cheers

Due to rust, that nut needs to come off, and what you see is the splines that the wiper arm self cuts onto when you replace it. Use loads of WD40 and the arm may prise away with a couple of screwdrivers - but you may need the proper puller. You don't need the complete wiper motor.
