Triton LP shower check valve?

How do I replace the check valve on the hot supply of my LP shower? I can see a little bit of a gub screw opening, is this relevant?

You will need a special check valve tool to remove the part. 7051476 is the part number from triton. if you go onto the triton site you can download the manual.
