Ideal evo he c22/24 no hot water?

When I turn the hot tap on there is no hot water but the heating comes on , even with no demand for heating . Why is this and how can I fix it?
Ideal Evo HE C22/24 Combi Boiler.

Sounds like there is a problem with the divertor valve. Either the motor that operates it or the valve cartridge will need to be replaced.
