I have recently brought a 55 reg (ex royal mail) vauxhall combo van, i brought coz the one i had previous has been so reliable, it's still going but it's a v reg and i felt was getting a bit old, anyway the new one has a restricter on it and was wondering if anyone would know who or where i could go to have it taken off.
