What is the name of the Vauxhall dealer?
Your brakes are applying themselves and they are claiming there is no fault because the computer says so!!!
Did they take the car for a drive and try to replicate the fault?
Are you sure the brakes are being applied, and how do you know it's only the front ones? (I know traction control is only fitted to the driven wheels.)
Are you sure it's not just engine braking, what happens if you press the clutch?
Check all tyres are the same size, have similar tread depth and the pressures are correct.
Quickest way to check TC is to disable it by removing the fuse. If the car still brakes itself it's not a TC problem.
