lights staying on on dash?

I have ford cargo 0813model two lights on dash stay on even when key is in off position on light is in taco panel on left hand side , the other is in comartment
beside taco can you tellme what these lights are for
also will not start from key

You need to describe the symbol on the light!
There is a small red light on the tachograph which comes on if you exceed 80 km/hr (50 mph) - the HGV speed limit. It can also mean no chart in tachograph.
