how can i fix my beko eco care washing mashine?

the washing mashine is working well but makes some horrible knocking noise when spinning. i have taken it apart but both the springs ang the barrings look okay and dont see any broken, loose parts. couuld it be the barrings though? if yes how do i change them? is it very tricky or could a diy enthusiast do it herself (maybe with a bit of help from husband...)?

you could also check out the shock absorbers underneath the drum they look like pistons ( one at each side) and should move in and out with the movement of machine they should be attached to the drum area and the machine body below if they get broken from there mountings they will put the drum out of balance when under pressure.
