Hi again the bearings are avilable just ask for hover 800 bearing and seal kit yes you need to change the water seal when you change the bearings you will also need a rear half gasket for the backplate dont try and reuse the old one the job itself is stright forward remove the rear cover then mark the wires to the stats so you know where they go then remove them remove the heater wires taking note of which goes where remove the pressure switch bottle or just the pipe remove the belt then take all the nuts and bolts from around the outer edge of the backplate and prise the backplate off then remove the pulley ahd being carefull not to damage the shaft knock the shaft out of the back plate examine the shaft for wear and if it is worn replace the drum spider if you dont it will be noisey and the bearings will fail quite soon pullthe water seal off and drive out the bearings replace the bearings making sure that they are corectly seated use rubber or silicon to set the water seal into the backplate and reassemble
