oil change peugeot scooter ?

Can anybody tell me where the drain plug is on a peugeot speedfight2 ,so i can change the engine oil.

Peugeot Speedfight is 2 stroke! It doesn't have any engine oil to change so there is no drain plug.
Under the seat, the smaller black cap is the oil tank- make sure its always got oil in!
