How do you change the Thermostat (Right Hand Oven)?

can u change the thermostat yourself. The gas cooker is a LEISURE RANGEMASTER 110 .Its a double oven, the right hand thermostat has ceased to work, the gas does come on, but very low.

If the flame stays low its the fsd thats gone not the thermostat gas fitters job.
