hi, i own a jcb 3cx december 1999, 2000 model, powershift, the problem is the 4th gear is not currently entering, when you turn the handle to 4th gear the 2nd gear that comes in place

you have an electrical fault dude. Get someone to check your service valve solenoids. these are located on your gearbox.
