It usually means that water has leaked on to the bottom tray & activated the flood switch. In your case as you say you have just moved the dishwasher that may be the reason. Turn power off at wall. Remove lower panel below door. Look through opening & locate the flood switch. This will be in centre near the front and will have a microswitch mounted on a brown plastic frame with a piece of white polystyrene as a float underneath it. If there is no water on the tray lifting the float, then check that the float hasn't lifted & got stuck during the moving. Push it back down. Put covers back on before restoring power.
