how can i fix my hoover washing machine , galaxy 6 kg?

When my washing machine reachers spin cycle all the garments go to one side causing it to become un balanced and trip out , even after spreding clothes evenly they all end up on one side becoming unbalanced and triping out , would you have a remedy ?
