mini quad moves forward upon starting engine?

This is a 2-stroke 49cc mini quad (basically like a chain saw motor). It has a pull start, and once pulled and started, it moved forward on it's own! There is a springed set-screw on the carb which I tried adjusting, but still happens. Can someone please help me?

Thanks,

As these machines have a centrifugal clutch, which only works as the engine revs rise, the thing will only be stationary when the engine is ticking over. If the bike still tends to shoot away, you'll find that the shoes in the clutch have rusted to their pivot pins. A fairly easy cure, and a complete clutch is quite cheap too!
