I hd this mower given off a relative who assured me it worked. I had it running last time i cut the grass but now none of us can remember how to get it going.

Ive turned the throttle on and the choke and opened the fuel valve and pressed the spring screw on the carb, then pull the cord forever and nothing happens.

Spark plug seems ok and earth wire is fine.

There are it seems a load of screw adjustments and i dont know what any of them do or if it is affecting it starting.

Any help please

bottom screw is for fast revs and the top is for idle (tick over)
