how can i fix my peugeot squab headlights?

how do i get my headlight to work again on my peugeot squab even though the bulb has not blown? no feed getting to bulb or to switch can you help.

check the wires from the engine are connected and clean as the power needed to light the lights is produced by the generator on the right hand side of the engine also check the earth to the bulb holders for the headlight,ok adam
