More than hand pressure, Al - there is a special tool for this but any sort of levering should see the piston back. If it doesn't, the brakes will stick on anyway.

It is the front discs, piston will not move back. How much pressure will it need?

I guess you are talking about the rear discs (rare, those) - as the front pistons simply push back? They need to be turned as they are pressed in.
