what is the problem?

I have a Hotpoint double oven cooker model number 6525B. The oven fan is free to turn but no heat in the oven. Have replaced fan oven element but it has not solved the problem any information would be grateful.

more information required, does the fan motor turn, are you getting 240volt to the fan element, or have you left the timer in automatic
