creda tumble dryer T622cw keeps blowing household circuit?

My creda condensor dryer keeps tripping the circuit in my house when I close the door.

I've tried moving the dryer to a different room and plugging into a different socket and the result is the same.

I performed DIY on this creda machine before with the advice of someone who knew what he was doing. I replaced a thermostat when the dryer refused produce any heat. That was a year ago and it's been working great until a few weeks ago.

Anyone got any ideas of where to look, what to replace etc? We have a potty training toddler at the moment so tumble-dryer is sorely missed. Thanks in advance for your help!

Start simply check to see if the cable has crimped or damaged & check the plug wiring , If this doesnt help check to make sure theres been no spilage into the rear of the machine & check the earth cable its always better to start with the obvious things & go from there.

Earth leakage suspect.
In my experience this type of problem in a dryer is usually the heater element/thermostat or the motor.
Isolate the heating circuit supply and try again. If not tripping invetigate this otherwise now isolate the motor also.
Alternatively you can check resistance for leakage using a resistance meter with mains plug removed.
