how do i set the timing on my 92 300 king quad? it would be nice to see a picture.

For a picture draw a circle, timing marks (grooves) at 3 & 9 o'clock, dowel pin at 12 o'clock and screw hole at 11 o'clock. This is the end of the cam shaft at TDC.

If you are not sure you have done it right, turn the engine over slowly by hand after setting the timing to check the valves dont strike the piston
